Chambers is pleased to announce that Jeremy Phillips QC has been appointed to Sport Resolutions’ Mediator and Development Arbitrator panels.
Jeremy has been addressing issues of individuals’ fitness and propriety for more than four decades. This experience covers the broad range of sports, including horseracing, athletics and swimming, as well as the casino, minicab (PHV), sex entertainment, nightclub, pub and security industries.
He appears before tribunals and courts at all levels.
Jeremy is also the Editor in Chief of Paterson’s Licensing Acts, the definitive legal licensing text, and a General Editor of Smith and Monkcom: the Law of Gambling.
Jeremy also sits on the Lawn Tennis Association Disciplinary Panel, the Professional Conduct Panel of the Teaching Regulation Agency and is Head of Francis Taylor Building’s Arbitrators & Mediators Panel.
The appointment is for 3 years from 1 April 2021.
