The moot was judged by Sir Keith Lindblom, Senior President of Tribunals, to whom chambers is extremely grateful, and the question sought to unpick some of the implications of the Supreme Court's judgment in the Fearn v Tate Britain case relating to nuisance. 

After an excellent moot, at the end of which the Senior President praised the very high quality and sophistication of the advocacy, Iason Pafitis and Ruari Clarke (City Law School) ultimately prevailed. Many congratulations to the winning team, and the runners-up, Henry Screaton and Alex Miller.
