The DCO issue specific hearings for the Riverside Energy Park have started in Bexley. The project is an integrated energy park (comprising waste energy recovery, waste anaerobic digestion, battery storage and solar generation) and an electrical connection to be built next to the applicant’s existing facility, the Riverside Resource Recovery Facility.

Alexander Booth KC, instructed by Pinsent Masons, is representing Cory Riverside Energy (the applicant) at the hearings. Andrew Tait KC and Michael Fry are acting for the Greater London Authority and Transport for London and Caroline Daly, instructed by BDB Pitmans, is representing the London Borough of Bexley.
