May' 25Court of Appeal Dismissed Tesco’s challenge to a Rival’s Planning Permission
On 9 May 2025, the Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal brought by Tesco Stores Limited against a decision of the High Court to dismiss its claim for judicial review by which it sought to quash a planning permission given by Stockport MBC to Lidl for a new out of centre food store on Wellington Road North, Stockport.

May' 25High Court Finds West Dulwich Low Traffic Neighbourhood Unlawful: WDAG v LB Lambeth
The High Court has handed down judgment in WDAG v London Borough of Lambeth [2025] EWHC 1111 (Admin), holding that the Experimental Traffic Orders (ETO) giving effect to the West Dulwich Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN) were made unlawfully.

Cost: The standard charge for this seminar is £160 + VAT per attendee for both in-person and virtual attendance. There is an Early Bird rate of £140.00 +VAT available until 9 May 2025.
