Hereward Phillpot QC, planning and environmental barrister at Francis Taylor Building
On 12th February 2007, Hereward Phillpot was appointed Junior Counsel to the Crown on the Attorney General's London B panel. The appointment is for a period of 5 years. Hereward was formerly a member of the London C panel, and has represented the Government in a number of High Court cases in recent years.
