On Monday 27th September, Richard Glover QC gave the annual Nigel Mayhew Lecture to the City of Westminster and Holborn Law Society. This annual lecture series on subjects of topical interest in the area of planning and environment law was instituted in memory of Nigel Mayhew, a highly regarded lawyer in the Government service, who died tragically young.
