The mooting problem is on the topic of ecocide.  The moot will consider whether ecocide is a crime against humanity consisting in an “inhumane act of a similar character intentionally causing great suffering, or serious injury to body or to mental or physical health” under Article 7(1)(k) of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.  The moot problem can be viewed here.
