The venue has been closed since then. On 11 and 12 September 2023, the London Borough of Lambeth’s Licensing Sub-Committee considered a premises licence review application by the Metropolitan Police, and a variation application by the licence holders Academy Music Group Ltd.

Three members of FTB’s licensing team were involved in the case: Gerald Gouriet KC acted for the Metropolitan Police, Horatio Waller acted for the Licensing Authority (acting as a responsible authority) and Gary Grant was the Legal Advisor to the sub-committee.
