The four teams made excellent submissions on a problem centred on the implications for other forms of development of the Supreme Court's decision in Finch and the materiality of international obligations to domestic planning control decisions.
Congratulations to Archie Hunter and Alessia Lucifora (City University), and Gregor Donaldson and Katherine Wood (ICCA), who advance to the Grand Final, which will take place on 21 February.
An honourable mention is due to their excellent (but on this occasion, unsuccessful) opponents, Benedict Springbett and Ewan Jenkins Wendon (ICCA), and Chloe Kwan and Fionn McFadden (Oxford).
