Jeremy has been addressing the legal and practical issues of individuals’ fitness and propriety for more than four decades. This experience covers the broad range of professions and sports, including the teaching, legal and healthcare industries as well as the casino, taxi & PHV, nightclub, sex entertainment, public house and security sectors. Sports covered include horseracing and eventing, athletics and swimming.
Jeremy also sits on the Professional Conduct Panel of the Teaching Regulation Agency, the British Equestrian Foundation’s Judicial Panel, the Lawn Tennis Association’s Disciplinary & Safeguarding Panels, the FA Safeguarding Review Panel and Sport Resolutions’ Mediator and Development Arbitrator Panels & Safeguarding Case Management Programme (SCMP) Legal Advice Service.
This appointment is initially for a 4-year term.
