Gregory and Claire's paper covers the Irish and English planning consent regimes for offshore wind farms, other offshore projects and recent decisions in both jurisdictions. 

Gregory and Claire specialise in planning and environmental law and both have expertise of EU-related planning and environmental matters both on and off shore. Gregory practises from FTB in London, the Bar Library in Belfast and the Law Library in Dublin. He chaired the review of the ABP for the Irish government in 2015/2016. Claire practises from FTB in London and will be called to the Bar of Ireland on 18 July 2025.
