The theme for this year's conference is "Rights, Remedies and Restoration in Environmental and Natural Resources Law". 

Gregory will present a paper on the "Environmental Aspects of the Planning and Development Bill" whilst Mark will present a paper on "Environmental Protests, Injunctions and the Law: The English Experience". Gregory and Mark, who are both called to the Bar of Ireland, are regular speakers at the conference which attracts practitioners, academics and NGOs from the planning and environmental law world to Cork each April.
