The Ethical Property Foundation is the only dedicated property advice charity in the UK providing free independent advice and training to the voluntary sector through its team of legal and chartered surveyor adviser members. 

Since its foundation in 2004, the foundation has helped over 5,000 organisations to rent, buy, let or manage property.
