Applications should be addressed to the Chambers’ Manager and should be accompanied by confidential references from each supervisor during an applicant’s twelve months’ pupillage and up to 2 further references if the applicant so wishes.  If a candidate cannot provide references from each of their pupil supervisors, they should explain why that is so.
