FTB Barristers Acting on all Sides of the Riverside Energy Park DCO Hearings

The DCO issue specific hearings for the Riverside Energy Park have started in Bexley. The project is an integrated energy park (comprising waste energy recovery, waste anaerobic digestion, battery storage and solar generation) and an electrical connection to be built next to the applicant’s existing facility, the Riverside Resource Recovery Facility.

Alexander Booth QC, instructed by Pinsent Masons, is representing Cory Riverside Energy (the applicant) at the hearings. Andrew Tait QC and Michael Fry are acting for the Greater London Authority and Transport for London. Caroline Daly, instructed by BDB Pitmans, is representing the London Borough of Bexley and Melissa Murphy is representing Western Riverside Waste Authority instructed by Shakespeare Martineau.
