FTB is delighted to announce that Ned Westaway and Rebecca Clutten have accepted invitations to join chambers. They both completed their pupillage with us and will join as junior tenants on 4th October 2010.
Ned joined Francis Taylor Building in 2010 after completing pupillage in Chambers. He has undertaken work in a range of planning and environmental law contexts. He has appeared in employment and social security tribunals and has worked on immigration cases. He has also been instructed in the County Court for tortious and contractual matters. Ned is keen to develop a broad practice, maintaining focus on environmental and planning issues.
Rebecca also joined Chambers in October 2010 upon successful completion of her pupillage, which was undertaken with Suzanne Ornsby, Meyric Lewis and Gregory Jones. She is increasingly instructed in her own right and is developing a broad practice across FTB's specialisms, but has a particular interest in planning (particularly enforcement) and town and village green law, both of which she has been instructed in on her own account, and also compulsory purchase and rating.
If you would like to instruct Rebecca or Ned or wish to discuss their experience or fees please speak to Paul Coveney, Senior Clerk, on 020 7427 1847 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
