The Court of Appeal has ruled in M A Holdings Limited v. George Wimpey UK Limited  EWCA Civ 12 that the definition of an appellant for the purposes of CPR Part 52 is not limited to a party that was involved in the proceedings in the court below. Read more
In January 2007, the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea served two trial enforcement notices on Transport for London in respect of CCTV cameras, poles and cabinets erected by Transport for London on roads for which RBKC are the highway authority. Read more
