Fees Policy

It is our policy to charge fair remuneration for our work, whilst giving due consideration to the resources available to the client, the time involved, the nature and complexity of the matter, the amount of money or assets at issue and seniority of counsel instructed. Please contact a member of our clerking team to obtain a fee quotation.

The clerks will give as much guidance as possible on individual cases and have an open and flexible approach to fee negotiations. The most commonly used pricing structures for our services are by an hourly rate, a fixed fee (where all information about the matter is available to us) and for hearings by way of  agreed brief fee and refreshers. Fee notes are rendered on a regular monthly basis.
